Inspired by the adventure of bareboating in new places, my sailboat paintings capture the essence of getting away from it all.  Using a palette knife, I create textured and vibrant abstract boats with sails billowing against a clear sky, offering the brisk feel of the breeze on your face, and the gentle motions of the boat as it cleanly slices through the water. These reflections inspire us to slow down time and let us find peace and quiet.
